why is it important?

Rule #1. High pressure is never to be used when washing a house.

Water under high pressure has to go somewhere when it hits your house, and it will go right under your siding and trim...one place where you don't want water at all. Your home is water-resistant, not waterproof.

That is where soft washing comes into play. Trailer mounted pumps set for high volume and low pressure are used to apply detergents and rinse using about the same pressure you would see from a garden hose. We're able to wash your home without the risk of damaging your siding, aluminum trim or screens. We're able to clean up to three stories from the ground using no ladders all while ensuring no water intrusion, damage to your home or leaving any marks that using high-pressure would.

Detergents and water do the cleaning, not pressure. Mold, mildew and algae are all easily removed, safely and efficiently. We use professional-grade, environmentally safe detergents only available to professional cleaners in conjunction with manufacturers approved methods.
